Arkatechture's 2023 Year in Review

As the year has come to a close, we reflect on our accomplishments and see just how much our team has to be proud of. Let's take a look at some highlights from 2023!

Arkalytics Annual Highlights: 

In 2023, Arkalytics has made great progress at data-driven credit unions across the country. The platform experienced:

• A 75% increase in Arkalytics clients
• A 58% increase in Arkalytics user adoption
• 2,122 completed service desk tickets
• 33 unique banking data sources integrated
• 2 new dashboards deployed

Arkatechture Professional Services Highlights: 

On the other side of our business, professional services and custom development projects have been going strong as well!

• We delivered 14,204 professional service hours for new and existing clients
• Started 88 new custom projects using the following 11 technologies:
  • 2 Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP
  • 3 Databases: Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL Server
  • 6 ELT/ETL tools: Talend, Alteryx, Lamda, dbt, Tableau, Power BI

Data Strategy Assessments

This year we rolled out our Data Strategy Assessment service. We helped 15 organizations build their data analytics strategy, roadmap, and action plan through a series of assessments and recommended actions.

4-Day Workweek

This year, we extended our 4-day workweek to employees who have been with Arkatechture for 3 years or more. The goal behind a four-day workweek is to achieve the same results in fewer hours so people have more time to pursue other interests, spend time with loved ones, and manage their lives. Our employees have reported feeling more productive, more well-rested, more efficient with their time, and more satisfied from having more time for their families and passions. 

2023 New CUSO of The Year

Arkatechture was selected as the 2023 New CUSO of the Year. NACUSO selects CUSOs that have done an outstanding job of adding value to credit union members, creating an innovative solution to a problem, reducing operational costs, and increasing income.

We're so excited to have brought so much positive change to an industry that is committed to helping their communities. This tells us that we are achieving our goal, and we are extremely optimistic about what our CUSO will continue to bring to the table for credit unions, their members, and the credit union mission.

Best Places to Work in Maine

Arkatechture was named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Maine. This marks the sixth consecutive year for our growing Fintech company. The awards program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Society for Human Resource Management - Maine State Council (MESHRM) and Best Companies Group. Some of our team had a great time attending the awards ceremony in the capital of Maine, Augusta. We're proud to have placed 24th out of 66 medium-sized winning companies in Maine in 2023.

We Gave Back to 39 Organizations

In 2023 we continued our tradition of the Season of Giving. On Giving Tuesday, we gave back to our employees' most cherished causes and organizations. Every Arkabot had the opportunity to select a charitable organization for the company to donate to on their behalf. We ended up donating to 39 organizations selected by our employees.
