Credit Union West has partnered with Arkatechture to strengthen their ability to transform data into timely, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and member service.

Portland, ME [March 3rd, 2026]: — Credit Union West has formed a new partnership with Arkatechture, a leading data and analytics partner whose flagship platform, Arkalytics, is built specifically for credit unions and banks. The goal of the partnership is to strengthen the credit union’s ability to transform data into timely, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and member service.

As Credit Union West continues to grow, leadership recognized the need to move beyond manual reporting and static views of performance. While the organization had access to significant amounts of data, insights were often fragmented across systems and backward-looking, limiting the ability to act proactively and align data with enterprise-wide strategy.

Through this partnership, Credit Union West will implement Arkatechture’s Arkalyics platform to establish a centralized, governed source of truth that integrates data from core and surrounding systems. The platform will enable faster access to trusted insights, improve operational efficiency, and support more informed decision-making across departments.

Arkatechture stood out because of its deep understanding of financial services and its proven approach to turning complex data into meaningful insight. Their Arkalytics platform offered a strong foundation for data integration, governance, and analytics, while remaining flexible enough to support our long-term strategy. Equally important was their team. They demonstrated a clear understanding of our goals and a commitment to partnering with us throughout the journey.” said Ben Christensen, Chief Information Officer at Credit Union West.

This initiative is designed to support both near-term and long-term objectives. In the near term, the credit union will be able to identify trends earlier, measure performance more effectively, and move from reactive reporting to proactive insight. Over time, the platform will provide a strong foundation for more advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered initiatives, supported by a consistent governance  framework.

For members, the partnership is expected to enable more personalized, timely, and relevant experiences. With improved visibility into member needs, behaviors, and preferences, Credit Union West will be better positioned to deliver the right solutions at the right time, while operating efficiently and responsibly to support long-term financial strength and stability.
