Pulsate Press Release

We're excited to share that Arkatechture has entered into a new partnership with Pulsate, a mobile engagement platform built for credit unions and community banks. Together, we're connecting our Arkalytics platform with Pulsate's engagement tools to give financial institutions a more automated way to transform member and account data into personalized digital campaigns.

Meeting Members Where They Are

Today's credit unions and community banks are looking for more than traditional marketing automation. To truly deepen member relationships, financial institutions need to reach members in the moments that matter most, inside digital banking, on their phones, and at key touchpoints throughout the member lifecycle.

That's exactly what this partnership is designed to do. By combining Arkalytics' data capabilities with Pulsate's engagement platform, credit unions and community banks will be able to deliver relevant, timely messages directly inside digital banking.

Why This Partnership Makes Sense

At Arkatechture, we believe data should do more than sit in a dashboard, it should drive action. Pulsate shares that same philosophy, which made this partnership feel like a natural fit from the start.

"We're incredibly excited to partner with Pulsate, an organization that shares our passion for helping credit unions and community banks innovate and turn their data into action," said Jamie Jackson, Founder & CEO of Arkatechture. "Beyond the strong alignment between our solutions, there's a natural cultural fit between Pulsate and Arkatechture, two teams focused on pushing the industry forward to help credit unions and community banks use data to create better, more meaningful experiences for their members or customers. We can't wait to see what we accomplish together!"

Looking Ahead

We're looking forward to what this partnership makes possible for our credit union and community bank partners, and we'll be sharing more details as this integration comes to life.
