Arkatechture is proud to announce that we've achieved Select Tier status in the Snowflake Partner Network's AI Data Cloud Services program. It's a milestone that reflects years of hands-on work helping credit unions and community banks put their data to work, and opens new doors for the customers and prospects we serve.
What Does Select Tier Mean?
Earning Select status isn't just a formality. It requires proving out a combination of factors: a minimum number of Snowflake-certified staff across different certification tracks, meeting a business-activity threshold, and more. Snowflake tracks all of this through a self-service partner portal, where partners work through a dashboard until every requirement is met before they're eligible to apply.
Arkatechture has been implementing and promoting Snowflake for eight years, well before pursuing this designation. Becoming a Select partner was about formalizing work the team had already been doing successfully, and taking the partnership to the next level.
Built on Proven Experience
Arkatechture already supports more than 60 credit unions and community banks running hosted Arkalytics on Snowflake. That head start is now extending into new territory: helping organizations who are running their own Snowflake accounts get more value out of the platform, including Snowflake's native AI capabilities.
One of the persistent problems with AI tools is hallucination and misinterpretation of terminology. If a user queries a core banking or loan origination system directly, the answer often depends on metadata and standardized definitions that simply aren't there. Arkatechture's data layer defines terms like balance, active member, and delinquency once, so that whether a customer asks a question through a dashboard (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI) or through a natural-language AI interface, they get the same, trustworthy answer.
Opening New Doors
Select Tier status doesn't just reinforce Arkatechture's core credit union and community banking niche, it also supports expansion into other verticals where Arkatechture has already delivered Snowflake-powered work, including media, manufacturing, supply chain, retail, pharmaceutical, and large-scale claims processing projects.
A Milestone Years in the Making
Reaching Select Tier signals credibility and trust, and caps off what had been a gap between Arkatechture's actual capability and its formal standing with Snowflake. With eight years of Snowflake experience and a proven team, Arkatechture now has the right credentials to represent that experience.
