Alkami and Arkatechture have officially announced a partnership that integrates transaction data with merchant intelligence to help banks and credit unions make faster, smarter decisions. The integration sends transaction data through Alkami's enrichment process (using their database of 65,000+ merchants) and returns it to Arkatechture's analytics platform with cleansed and categorized insights.
Financial institutions can now see a complete picture of customers, combining transaction behavior, competitive activity, financial health, and demographic data in one place for a better understanding of customer needs, and faster decision-making.
