Kemba Credit Union has partnered with Arkatechture to build the data foundation needed to operate more proactively, deliver targeted member engagement, and drive measurable performance improvements throughout the organization.

Kemba Credit Union has announced a new partnership with Arkatechture to strengthen their data strategy, improve organizational transparency, and deliver more personalized member experiences.

Through a series of strategic planning sessions, Kemba’s leadership team identified the need to gain a clearer understanding of both their members and overall organizational performance. The Kemba team also recognized that their existing reporting processes were inefficient and prone to error.

“Over the course of multiple planning sessions, we identified the priority to have a better understanding of our members and our organization. We also determined that organizing and reporting was cumbersome and fallible. We needed a partner to mentor us on our data analytics journey.” -Dan Schroer, CFO at Kemba Credit Union

Like many growing credit unions, Kemba faced challenges with siloed data across its core system, digital banking platform, and other ancillary sources. Bringing that information together into a unified, reliable reporting structure became a strategic priority. The organization sought a partner with deep credit union expertise, scalable technology, and the ability to provide hands-on guidance throughout its data journey.

After an extensive review process, Arkatechture emerged as the clear choice. The partnership will initially focus on strengthening data quality, enrichment, and governance, laying the groundwork for enhanced member understanding and departmental dashboards that display performance metrics and actionable insights.

“After a long review period Arkatechture continued to stand out with its functionality, service, dedicated resources and scalability. At the end of the day, we want to be a proactive data-driven credit union and Arkatechture checked all the boxes to help us get there.” -Dan Schroer

Kemba expects the collaboration to improve both internal accountability and external member experience by enabling clearer performance tracking, more informed decision-making, and self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.

“We expect this partnership will enable us to offer personalized products and services to our members at appropriate times. Enhanced data modeling and understanding will increase our effectiveness to enrich the financial lives of our members.” -Dan Schroer

With a stronger data foundation in place, Kemba Credit Union is positioning itself to operate more proactively, deliver targeted member engagement, and drive measurable performance improvements throughout the organization.
