It's Official!

Arkatechture has embarked on a new journey, partnering with clients ORNL Federal Credit Union and Tucson Federal Credit Union to form a CUSO (Credit Union Service Organization).

Our work with credit unions began in 2014 with St. Mary’s Bank which ultimately led to the creation of a data analytics platform, Arkalytics.

The alignment of the credit union movement with Arkatechture’s vision led to the formation of this CUSO to better serve credit unions, their members, and communities.

The passion and conviction we have with this movement and wanting to help these organizations better serve their members and communities, we want to be able to do that in a proactive way. We are really excited about accelerating our journey to bring Arkalytics to market, and now with the great customers and investors we have, and our expanded family, we can go much faster and be more strategic, so a tremendous opportunity. We take pride in the fact that we can help organizations that are dedicated and focused on developing and growing their communities…that’s what it’s all about. We are really excited to help credit unions help their communities through data." says Jamie Jackson, Founder and CEO of Arkatechture. "This really shows the commitment we all have together to new products and services. To bring to market, its a collaborative environment…this allows us to do more and much faster. The sky is the limit."

Barry Kurland, Chief Commercial Officer at Arkatechture says that the partnership will help Arkatechture to further develop and innovate their Arkalytics offerings to better suit the needs of credit unions and their members.

Working with two very data-savvy CU’s on advancing our product and providing them with first looks at ways that we can help them achieve their goals of serving their members and communities and learning from them on how they’re using our product to be able to grow their revenue, increase margins, reduce cost, grow member base...understanding from them how we can work with them to better serve their communities and members by providing a better member experience so they’re able to grow their member base, using our platform to innovate quickly in order to do that."

Both credit unions in the partnership are clients of Arkatechture’s, and have been impressed with their experiences, and the difference that Arkalytics has made for their credit unions. Becky Curry, SVP of Data Intelligence at ORNL FCU remarked on Arkatechture’s enthusiasm and passion for helping credit unions as one of the deciding factors for partnering with Arkatechture initially for their data analytics needs.

In 2019, when we met Jamie and his team, we knew they were the perfect fit,” says Curry. “They were the most excited organization that we met going through the RFP process. Over the past 2 years working with them, they have never once told me that something is impossible, they always came through.”

Stacey Wilkerson, Executive VP & CFO of Tucson FCU, sees the CUSO partnership as being extremely mutually beneficial as well.

We want to fully leverage the partnership, so we want to be an equal partner and provide our time and talent giving feedback, being a beta client, looking at any way we can propel Arkatechture forward, and seeing their support as well, in striving towards our strategic initiatives” says Wilkerson.

We at Arkatechture are so excited for the opportunity that this partnership gives us to bring Arkalytics to another level, and continue along the path of working in the credit union space by officially becoming a credit union service organization. Jamie Jackson, Founder of the Arkatechture, is excited to see the company's vision coming to life.

We are really excited about accelerating our journey to bring Arkalytics to market, and now with the great customers and investors we have, and our expanded family, we can go much faster and be more strategic, so tremendous opportunity there.” states Jackson. “We take pride in the fact that we can help organizations that are dedicated and focused on developing and growing their communities…that’s what it’s all about. We are really excited to help credit unions help their communities through data.”
