Susmi grew up in the beautiful city of Shillong, India and is an Engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur. As the Chief Quality Officer at Arkatechture, Susmi keeps everyone in line- earning her the nickname "The Real CEO." When not working, Susmi wonders about the inscrutable ways of the Americans, especially her fellow Arkabots. She loves reading books in Bengali and English; is a detective/thriller fiction enthusiast, movie buff, foodie and a collector of time keeping devices! And although she loves canines, she stays away from them and lets them be.
