Founded in 1943, Scott Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative that offers a full menu of banking services to more than 150,000 members in 29 counties in Illinois and Missouri.
The need for upgrading their data analytics capabilities was identified as a top priority to drive top business goals including further improvements to business performance and member experience, and support the business in a scalable way.
This led to a decision to work with Arkatechture on a Data Strategy Assessment (DSA) to build a business case and a Return on Investment (ROI) roadmap to justify investment in a modern analytics environment to achieve their business goals.
